We aim to provide a fun and vibrant ambience with wisely curated soft play attractions, lively stage shows, unique immersive experiences and beautiful & spacious party rooms.
Our soft-play experiences are designed for children up to 160cms in height.

Yes. A parent or guardian must be present at the venue while children are playing.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! Weekends and holidays can be busy, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting.

Yes, visit our ‘Curiosity Shop’, a multipurpose space filled with on-the-go toys, DIY kits and our amazing merchandise. It’s also perfect for creating custom goodie bags for your loved ones.

There are ample paid parking (RTA) options right in front of the venue. We also offer Valet service at the Venue.
Yes, socks are mandatory for both children and adults inside the play area to keep the space clean, safe and comfortable. The grip socks for children are included in the entry ticket. Parents or guardian can bring normal socks or buy grip socks from the reception.
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. Our facility follows strict safety and regulatory standards with regular equipment inspections, daily cleanliness procedures and trained staff supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children.
Yes! Adults are welcome to accompany younger children whenever needed.
Outside food is not permitted except for baby food or certain allergy constraints.
Yes, general and area-specific safety rules are displayed throughout the venue for the safety of all guests. Visitors are kindly requested to always follow all rules and staff guidance.
Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play. Abracadabra grip socks are mandatory in all play areas for safety and hygiene purposes. Socks are included in the entry tickets and we encourage sustainable reuse for future visits.
For safety, please avoid wearing sharp objects, loose accessories or jewellery inside the play areas.Yes, but please respect the privacy of other guests.
No, up to 2 accompanying adults can enter free with a child ticket.
Playtime depends on the package purchased. Our most popular package is the ‘all day pass’ which gives full day access to the venue.
Yes! We offer value packages and memberships for families who visit regularly. Please visit our membership page or talk to one of our guest experience executives.
Sorry, we don’t provide drop off services at the moment. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Yes! We offer magical birthday party packages in our themed party rooms.
Packages typically include play area access, a private party room, decorations, activities and shows as purchased, food, drinks and party host assistance.
Each party is customised to the celebrants’ specific requirements. We encourage you to visit the venue and/or speak with one of our event planners.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends.
Of course! We’re happy to help personalise your celebration. We have 5 spacious and beautifully themed party rooms to incorporate any desired theme and we also offer our own unique birthday themes.
At Abracadabra we provide spacious party rooms and we can accommodate from 15 to 50 children in one party subject to room availability. Larger group size can also be managed upon request.
Yes, parents or guardians are welcome to stay throughout the party. We also offer a ‘Celebration Lounge’ where they can relax and enjoy our F&B options from ‘Abra Bites’ while waiting.
Currently, parties are hosted indoors only to ensure safety, comfort, and a controlled environment for all guests.
