2. Online Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued by Abracadabra.

Tickets purchased through the website grant access to the selected activities on the specified date and time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for bookings are processed according to the following guidelines:

• Cancellation requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the scheduled visit may receive a 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

 

Modification Policy

Requests to modify bookings must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Changes requested on the day of the visit may be accommodated only if availability permits.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials displayed on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Abracadabra unless otherwise stated.

Users may access the website for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication of any website content without written permission from Abracadabra is strictly prohibited.

Participation in activities at the facility is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

 

Age Requirements and Supervision

Participants must meet the following supervision requirements:

• Guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of any children under their care.

• Staff members are present to facilitate activities but are not responsible for supervising children.

Children must not be left unattended anywhere within the facility.

 

8. Assumption of Risk

Activities available at Abracadabra may involve physical movement, interactive play, and recreational equipment.

Participants acknowledge that such activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury

• Temporary or permanent disability

• Property damage

• Illness or unforeseen accidents

By entering the facility, guests voluntarily accept these risks and assume full responsibility for their participation and that of any minors under their supervision.

 

9. Medical Conditions

Participants must ensure they are physically capable of participating in the activities offered.

Guests should not participate if they:

• Are pregnant

• Have serious medical conditions

• Have recent injuries or fractures

• Are wearing medical casts or similar equipment

If unsure about participation, guests should seek medical advice before engaging in activities.

In the event of injury or emergency, Abracadabra staff may arrange appropriate medical assistance. Any related medical costs remain the responsibility of the participant.

 

10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests agree to release and hold harmless Abracadabra, including its:

• Owners

• Directors

• Shareholders

• Employees

• Agents

• Affiliates

• Contractors

from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from participation in activities or use of the facility.

This includes claims resulting from accidents, injuries, illness, or property loss occurring on the premises.

 

11. Behavior and Conduct

Guests must follow all posted rules, safety instructions and staff guidance while inside the facility.

ABRACADABRA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who:

• Engages in unsafe or reckless behavior

• Violates facility rules

• Acts aggressively or disruptively toward staff or other guests

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Participants responsible for damage to equipment or property may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

 

12. Activities and Safety Rules

Abracadabra offers multiple recreational attractions including but not limited to:

• Immersive Party experiences

• Dome Experience

• Trampoline attractions

• Soft play areas

• Foam and ball pits

• Ninja and obstacle courses

• Various slides

• Rainbow net

• Cycling track

• Toddler Zone

• Glider

• Sports Arena 

• Slime and Play dough Activities

• Arts and Craft

• Reading Corner

• Sparkle Corner

Each attraction may have specific safety instructions and participation requirements, which are displayed near the activity areas. Guests must follow these instructions at all times.

 

13. Clothing and Safety Equipment

Participants should wear appropriate clothing suitable for physical activities.

Footwear must remain worn except in areas where removal is specifically required.

Guests may be asked to remove jewelry or loose accessories for safety reasons.

 

14. Food and Beverage

Food and beverages are available through cafés or kiosks located within the facility.

Guests must inform staff of allergies or dietary restrictions before placing orders.

Because food preparation may involve common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or shellfish, Abracadabra cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Food consumption is permitted only in designated dining areas.

Food and beverage services may be provided by third-party vendors, and any issues relating to such services should be addressed directly with the respective provider.

 

15. Camps, Events, and Group Bookings

Camps

Camp programs are generally available for children aged 4 to 12 years, though age ranges may vary.

• Full payment is required before participation.

• Camp fees are non-transferable.

• Cancellation policies apply as stated during registration.

 

Birthday Parties

Birthday party bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

• Final balance must be paid on the (event day or 24 hours before the event day)

• Final attendance numbers must be confirmed 72 hours before the event.

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

School Trips

School visits require a non-refundable deposit.

• Final attendance numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the visit.

• Remaining payment must be completed before the visit date.

• Food orders must be finalized 72 hours before arrival.

 

Private Events

Private event bookings require a deposit and advance confirmation of guest numbers.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event.

 

16. Entry and Ticket Use

Upon arrival at Abracadabra, guests must:

1. Present a valid ticket for admission.

2. Complete and sign the required waiver form.

3. Receive access identification such as wristbands where applicable.

4. Follow the instructions of staff regarding activity access.

Tickets are non-transferable, remain in the property of Abracadabra, and are valid only for the specified date and time.

Tickets may become void if altered, tampered with, or resold.

 

17. Photography, Media and CCTV

By entering the premises, guests acknowledge that photography, video recording, and CCTV monitoring may take place within public areas of the facility.

Abracadabra may use photographs or recordings taken within the facility for:

• Marketing

• Promotional materials

• Social media

• Advertising campaigns

If a guest does not wish to appear in such media, they must notify staff before entering the facility.

Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without written permission.

 

18. Parking

Guests may utilize available self-parking areas at their own risk. Abracadabra is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss involving vehicles parked on the premises.

If valet parking services are available, they may be operated by third-party providers. Any issues related to valet services must be addressed directly with the service provider.

 

19. Payment Policy

Online payments are accepted through Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards in AED via secure payment systems.

Customers should retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies.

 

20. Final Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, accessing the website, entering the facility, or participating in activities at Abracadabra, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
